“Breastfeeding is best for babies up to two years of age and beyond” a commercial by UNILAB I often heard whenever I watched television before. Well, it’s true right? Breastfeeding is what a baby needs to ensure his/her proper growth and development.
Breastfeeding rank among the most effective interventions to improve child's survival. Mother's milk is the best food possible for the newborn baby and it also works as a nutritional supplement. Although we have those milk like Nido, Bearbrand, and others still breastfeeding is the best for it contains perfect combinations of supplements which could help the baby to have a stronger resistance against illness, to be healthy and for fast growing system.
